The expensive mismanagement of the staffing ramp-up curve is most often a reflection of the poor quality of the SD/SU schedule. A poor shutdown process can result in a loss of control of the schedule and set a negative tone for the whole turnaround. This course brings definition, transparency and high accuracy to the shutdown and startup schedules.
