Logistics is the measure of labor gain or loss due to workers not being on their tools. Productivity is the measure of labor gain or loss due to worker proficiency while on their tools. This course teaches how to account for and manage each of these separately in Primavera for the purpose of reducing turnaround costs. Schedule durations and budget forecasts will be significantly more predictable.
